1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than damaged or defective items upon arrival.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

2. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

  • To report an issue, please contact our customer support at dropshifu@gmail.com with your order number and clear images showing the damage or defect.
  • We will review your request and contact the supplier on your behalf.

3. Replacement Process

  • If the supplier agrees to send a replacement, we will arrange for a new item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
  • If the supplier does not agree to a replacement, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

4. Late or Missing Shipments
